- 1 stalk of celery
- 1 handful of parsley
- 1 banana
- 3 large leaves of chard, kale, dandelion greens, or beet greens, or mixture of these
- ½ – 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup water (more or less to desired consistency)
- other options for additions – chunk of peeled fresh ginger(in cold weather), handful of sprouts
Mix in high-speed blender until pureed. Enjoy!
