  • 1 stalk of celery
  • 1 handful of parsley
  • 1 banana
  • 3 large leaves of chard, kale, dandelion greens, or beet        greens, or mixture of these
  • ½ – 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup water (more or less to desired consistency)
  • other options for additions – chunk of peeled fresh ginger(in cold weather), handful of sprouts

Mix in high-speed blender until pureed.  Enjoy!
